Jute Based Micro Business Focused On Rural Women Employment
InterBiz leads to innovative social business based employment. This project has recently been inaugurated at Aminpur village under Pabna district. The project consists of subsequent steps, starting from training to new micro entrepreneurs targeting backward linkage of jute product manufacturer for export.
After the training, the new entrepreneurs will form individual groups by further providing training to other women and employ them as workers. The employees can work at their home to their convenience.
These individual groups will get order from InterBiz along with micro credit if necessary. The company is providing training and technical support.
